- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas). Shipping to other remote areas in the US costs an additional $20 to $40.

- We typically process your order within one business day of receiving payment. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. If there is a delay in your order processing, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Currently, we only offer standard shipping. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
- Please note that the delivery time is an estimate only, and the actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier.

We need some time to create the mirror of your dreams. - Delivery time is approximately 5-8 weeks. We will produce and ship on weekdays.
- Note: Products with a circumference exceeding 400 cm will be shipped via Less-than-Truckload (LTL) freight, which will extend the delivery time by 2 weeks.
- Expedited Service: Expedited service takes 2-3 weeks to deliver (additional shipping fee: $400 USD).
