Refund Policy

Returns
We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

Several types of products are exempt from returns, such as tiles and custom-made items like vanities, shower screens, and stone countertops.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; no exceptions.

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, if you returned it by mail, we will email you to let you know we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund and automatically issue the refund to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a refund promptly. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed.
In some cases, only partial refunds will be allowed (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank statement again. If not, please contact your bank, as payments can take 3-5 business days to process.

Special Offer Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; clearance/final stock sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for an identical item, please email support@snuffu.com.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, please consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

We offer free shipping within the United States on most items.

Please note that due to surcharges charged by our shipping partners, additional charges may apply if your item is shipped to remote or remote areas. We will notify you by email or phone after placing your order. If you do not accept the additional charges, your order will be canceled.

Due to the lack of courier service or a higher risk of damage during shipping, we are unable to ship to some remote areas. In either case, we will cancel your order and notify you by email.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card. After receiving your order, we will automatically contact the supplier to confirm that the item is in stock and can be shipped immediately. If your item is out of stock or out of stock, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you by email. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the associated charges and submit your order for shipment.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 10 business days. Snuffu products ship within 21 business days.

Customized products can take up to 15 business days to ship.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Snuffu is not responsible for any delivery delays.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment, as unused shipping charges (plus re-delivery fees) will apply if the shipment is refused or unattended at the delivery location/location.

Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos to support@snuffu.com. We will refund, exchange, or make other appropriate arrangements.

Cancellations and Refunds
Customized products cannot be canceled, changed, exchanged, or refunded.
We may not be able to cancel an order if it is already in the shipping process. To contact a customer service representative regarding cancellations or changes to an order, please email support@snuffu.com.
